PRICE REVIEW

We try to keep our prices as fair as possible, however, due to sustained increased costs that we have absorbed over the last 18 months, we are having to review our prices.

From November 1st 2023 most of our Thai Massages will be £49/hr, this is an increase of just £4.

Any existing bookings made before November 1st will be honoured at the current prices, so book now to save on November/December appointments.

You can also beat any price changes by purchasing massage vouchers for at the current price. These are valid for 12 months from the day of purchase.

DIGITAL HEALTH FORMS

From 1st November we will be switching from paper forms to secure online digital forms using our booking partner, Fresha. We will be posting details on these on our Facebook Page and website closer to the time. We are making the changes to ensure we have up to date information and to save you time at the start of your appointment.

NEW HOT STONE MASSAGE

From November we will both be offering Hot Stone Massages, these will be priced at £55/60mins, or £95 when part of a 2hr package. Keep an eye out for these coming soon to our online booking system.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We believe we have one of the fairest cancellation policies in the health and wellbeing, allowing you:

  • Free cancellation up to 12hrs before an appointment
  • 50% late cancellation fee up to 1min before the appointment
  • 100% fee for missed appointments.

Similar businesses charge a 100% appointment fee if cancelled within 48hrs, which we consider excessive.

We would like to remind everyone that you can reschedule your appointment online by following the link in your booking confirmation email or by logging in to your online account.

We now send appointment reminders 48hrs, 24hrs and 2hrs before your appointment to give you plenty of notice for your appointment should you need to change/cancel.

We do have a couple of polite notices regarding some additional policy tweaks and requests to help us keep our fair cancellation policy…
