Appointment times are usually at 9am, 10.30am, 12pm, 1.30pm, 3pm or 4.30pm, if you select a different time when booking this may be adjusted later to fit with my schedule.

Bookings require an email address and mobile number for booking confirmation and SMS reminders, a card number is also required at the time of booking but no payment is taken at this point, this is just for the ‘no-show protection policy’, when paying by other means at the end of your appointment the card will never be charged.

VOUCHER BOOKINGS: You can book appointments online even if you have a gift voucher, a credit card is required to reserve the appointment only, this will not be charged at the end of your appointment, only the late cancellation or missed appointment fee is charged if you fail to cancel or keep your appointment.

If you need to reschedule your appointment please message, text or call me ASAP. (There is also a link within your appointment confirmation email that will allow you to cancel/reschedule up to 12hrs before your appointment, after this you will need to contact me).

I understand that things happen in life that sometimes means you can’t make it to an appointment, please do try to ensure you let me know in good time if you can not make it to an appointment, however. If I don’t know in good time then I cannot offer other people your appointment, which, as a small business, these missed appointments can be very costly to our sustainability.

Cancellation Fees

If an appointment isn’t attended for any reason, or if it is cancelled at late notice (less than 24 hours), then a request for any future bookings to be pre-paid will be made and a 100% missed appointment fee may apply.

Cancelled more than 24hrs notice: No fee (cancel/reschedule via link on confirmation email/SMS)
Cancelled less than 24hrs notice but more than 12hrs: No fee, but future appointment may be requested as pre-payment (cancel/reschedule via link)
Cancelled less than 12hrs notice: 50% late cancellation fee (Message/Call to cancel or cancel via link)
Missed appointment: 100% no-show fee
