COVID-19 Guidance

Steps we are taking…

To keep you safe
  • Please wear a face covering to your appointment, this may be removed during your treatment but we advise keeping it on.
  • Use hand sanitiser on arrival.
  • If you or anyone in your household has had any of the below symptoms in the previous 7 days please cancel your appointment ASAP:
    • a high temperature
    • a new, continuous cough (if you have a long-term cough please advise me when booking)
    • a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste

Changes to operation

  • Please pay by contactless card payment or voucher. Please avoid using cash, if you wish to pay by cash, ensure you have the exact amount.
  • Please only arrive 5mins before your appointment.
  • If you are late for your appointment then your massage may be shortened.
  • Extra cleaning will take place within the public areas and treatment rooms.
  • Our full uniform is changed between each customer.
  • We have installed HEPA UV air filters in our treatment rooms.
  • We both take regular Rapid LFT Tests each morning before our appointments.

Face Coverings

From July 1st, 2022 we will allow the removal of face coverings during your massage to be a personal choice for anyone who is in good health; we would still encourage everyone to wear one for their own protection, and request that they are worn in communal areas.

If you have any cold symptoms or a cough we will still require you to wear a face-covering during your appointment.

Any person with COVID-19 symptoms, or who tests positive, must not attend their appointment and should cancel ASAP

Of course, both myself and Ting will continue to wear our face coverings at all times during appointments, along with our usual enhanced cleaning routines, air circulation & ventilation, the use of HEPA UV Air Filtering, and our regular lateral flow testing.
