Aftercare
After your treatment please follow the advice below in order to gain the most benefit from your message:
- Increase your water intake following the massage
- Have a suitable period of rest after the treatment
- Avoid consumption of stimulants (i.e. alcohol/caffeine)
You may experience the following:
- You may feel generally sleepy or tired.
- Warmth due to your improved circulation.
- Aching and soreness in the muscles, this will be short-lived and followed by relief from muscular tension. To Reduce the Soreness take a hot bath before you go to bed.
- Light bruising from Thai deep tissue massages, this should go down in a few days when your muscles will then become more relaxed.
- Less stressed and more relaxed.
- Improved sleep patterns.
